Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 years or older with access to Twitter and Discord at the time of entry. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period: The giveaway begins at 8PM Greenwich Mean Time +8 (GMT+8) on July 10, 2023, and ends at 8PM GMT+8 on July 12, 2023 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: To participate in this giveaway, entrants must:
- Follow Staynex on Twitter
- Like, share, and retweet the specific giveaway tweet published by Staynex
- Join the Staynex Discord server
- Say "hello" in the designated chat channel on the Staynex Discord server.
Any entry not following the aforementioned criteria will be deemed invalid
Prize: The winner(s) will receive tickets to a football game in London. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Staynex. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Selection and Notification of Winner: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Staynex. Staynex will notify the winner by a direct message on Twitter within five (5) days following the winner's selection. Staynex is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive Twitter or Discord account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor any Twitter or Discord account.
Modification & Termination: Staynex reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Staynex's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Staynex may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Staynex.
